After 15 years working as a therapist supporting people of all ages and families affected by mood disorders—while living most of my life with bipolar disorder

 I Noticed Something

The most effective parents of bipolar teens have found specialized guidance to handle one of the toughest parenting challenges. Many parents feel exhausted and overwhelmed by their teen's constant mood swings. Despite deeply loving their child, they're unsure how to help because no one has shown them effective parenting strategies.

Why? Because they are stuck in an exhausting cycle, feeling powerless against an illness that seems impossible to control.

The Unpredictable And Volatile Nature Of Bipolar Is Almost Impossible To Stabilize Without the Right Guidance

There are many parenting strategies that can help stabilize bipolar teens and give parents a sense of control over the illness.

This Is What I'm Here To Teach You

All I need is for you to make the decision that it's time to do something different. Time to learn how to give your teen what they need and to feel more powerful than the disease. If that sounds good, join me on this journey. It begins with this training session. And perhaps will develop into a relationship that will change the course of your teen's life, as well as yours.
